We are proud to serve clients throughout Logan County, Ohio, and the surrounding areas. Travel within 30 miles of Bellefontaine, OH is included at no additional cost. For locations 31–60 miles away, please contact us to discuss available options. All travel distances are calculated from Bellefontaine, OH.
Return Fees
If a property requires multiple visits or needs to be scheduled across two or more separate days, an additional fee of $95 will apply for each extra trip.
Turnaround Time
We strive to deliver your photos as quickly as possible, with a standard turnaround time of 24 hours.
Please note that rush orders are subject to a 20% fee, calculated based on the total package price.

If a property takes longer than the normal appointment time, a fee will be charged for the extra time spent on site.

Our drone photographers are FAA Part 107 Certified and Insured.

Getting Ready:

If the photographer is required to move furniture or remove excessive items, a cleaning fee will apply to account for the additional time on site. The minimum fee is $50, with the final amount depending on the property and the extent of the work required. Thank you for your understanding.
